Advantages Of Selling To An Investor Over A Traditional Buyer

Thinking about selling your house to a retail buyer? Think again!

Key Advantages Of Selling To An Investor Over A Traditional Buyer.

If you’re thinking about selling, you’re probably weighing your options right now and maybe deciding how to sell and who you should sell to. Check out this blog post to learn the key advantages of selling to an investor over a traditional buyer…

When it comes to selling your house, you have a number of options. You could work with an agent to list your house and they’ll try to find a buyer. Or you could list your house yourself and try to find a buyer. Or, you could work with a real estate investor who will buy your house from you directly… and fast. Here are the advantages of selling to an investor…

In order to sell to a traditional buyer, that buyer has to be found by the agent… which is a process that can take months. Fortunately, you don’t have to wait that long. When you sell to a real estate investor, they can close fast – often in as a little as a week or two (it varies, depending on the investor). Since they are buyers, and there’s no searching… you already know who they are so you can sell quickly! And a bonus of this: you don’t have to pay bills and taxes on that property while you’re waiting for a buyer to be found. This can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars in ongoing bills.

Not every house is in pristine condition. That’s okay, it happens. But when you sell to a traditional buyer, you’ll probably have to pay out-of-pocket to fix up the property and clean it before a traditional buyer will even look at your house. But most investors buy houses in as-is condition, which means you can save money and time (and hassle!) by skipping the repair and cleaning.

And if the repairs are really extensive, you won’t have to deal with a contractor, either. Yes, the investor may ask for a small discount on the selling price since THEY are covering the repairs instead of you, but this is a small price to pay to sell quickly and without all the hassle. In most cases, I can even arrange to have any unwanted clutter removed, 'FREE' of charge!

This is perhaps the biggest problem of them all: When you sell to a traditional buyer, you’re guessing and hoping that they’ll pay you the asking price for the house… and if you wait several months and they negotiate a lower price, well, that’s not ideal. But when you sell to an investor, you know exactly what the investor will pay right away. You don’t have to accept their offer but it’s a great first step to help you decide how to move forward.

There are many ways to sell your house. And although selling to an investor might not be the right choice for everyone, it might be right for you.

Sell My House Fast In New Jersey or Pennsylvania

sell my house fast in new jersey or pennsylvania

Trying To Sell Your House In New Jersey or Pennsylvania?

If you have been trying to sell your house in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, you now know just how frustrating it can be to sell your property. If you have tried selling your house ‘By Owner’ it’s probably safe to assume that it has been physically and mentally frustrating dealing with the tire kickers so to speak, and the constant calls from realtors trying to get your listing. You have listened to pitch after pitch, and concluded they basically all sound the same. Promises, promises, but can they deliver? Not to mention the excessive commission you’ll have to pay if they do find a buyer. Let’s not forget the ‘tire kickers,’ we mentioned those non-buyers earlier. These non-buyers call to set up an appointment to see your property and either don’t show, or show with no intention of purchasing your property. They simply want to see what your house looks like because they have absolutely nothing else better to do.

There Is An Easier Way To Sell Your House

Real estate investors are your ‘go to” for selling your house fast, without fees or commissions. Also, you never have to worry about making expensive repairs to your house because real estate investors buy properties as is, and for cash in most cases so you never have to worry about financing issues. Do you remember how long it took to close on your house when you initially purchased the property? Well, real estate investors can close fast, so you don’t have to wait months to close your deal. How’s that for ease?

Real Estate Investors Don’t care About Why You Are Selling or Condition of Your Property

Most real estate investors are more concerned about making the numbers work for both parties involved in the potential transaction. They are not concerned about why you are selling, or what condition your property is in. They try to keep things simple. That’s why in a lot of cases you are better off selling to an investor than listing with an agent. You could tie your property up for 90 days to 6 months with a realtor, only to wind up with no sale going back to square one, or list with a different agent which would more than likely yield the same results.

You can be in foreclosure, owe tax liens, in probate, getting a divorce, relocating, or tired of being a landlord. It really doesn’t matter to a seasoned real estate investor. They already understand that things happen in life, and their goal is to solve a problem by purchasing your property for cash fast. Contact a local investor in your area to sell your house. Be sure to ask plenty of questions so you feel comfortable about your decision to sell to an investor, or list with a realtor. Consider all of your options to sell your house. We live in the information age so it can be easier than you think to sell your house in New Jersey or Philadelphia.
